Yoga is awarness of the body, mind and spirit, and how our holistic self works.. Then letting go of the self to become one with the universe.
In my Yoga classes we work our physical bodies to help strengthen and re-align them. We work with our breath, becomming aware of how we breath, and how our breathing patterns affects our bodies, our energy, our lives. We work on our minds, becoming aware of how we think, bringing awareness to our thinking patterns and how they create every action or re-action in our lives.
